Privacy Policy.

Introduction
Warpply ("Warpply," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Warpply is the controller of personal information we process for our own purposes, such as account administration, product security, and product improvement. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service. Where required, we will obtain your consent before processing certain categories of data.
Information we collect
Account and contact data. When you register, we collect information such as your name, email address, and authentication details (for example, OAuth profile identifiers if you sign in with Google).
Profile and application data. We store content you provide or generate in the product, including resumes, work history, skills, preferences, cover letters, job-search criteria, draft answers, application materials, and similar materials you upload, create, or approve for use in the Service.
Usage and device data. We collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs to operate and secure the Service and understand how it is used.
Third-party data. If you connect an integration or direct us to process a job posting, application portal, or employer page, we may receive information from that third party to provide the requested feature.
Payment data. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor collects billing details; we generally receive limited information (such as the last four digits of a card and subscription status), not your full payment credentials.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, personalize, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and protect security.
- Communicate with you about the Service, including support, service messages, and (where permitted) product updates.
- Analyze usage to improve features and reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
- Operate AI-assisted features when you use those features, including generating, ranking, summarizing, or tailoring content based on your instructions, consistent with your settings and applicable law.
AI and model provider processing
When you use AI-assisted features, we may send relevant prompts, profile data, job descriptions, resumes, and generated outputs to model providers or infrastructure providers that help operate those features. Those providers process the data to provide the requested functionality and are subject to contractual safeguards where required.
We do not intentionally allow third-party model providers to use your resume or profile content to train their general-purpose foundation models unless we disclose that use and obtain consent where required. Outputs may still be reviewed internally in limited form for abuse prevention, debugging, quality, and safety.
Legal bases (EEA, UK, and similar regions)
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights), your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who host infrastructure, send email, process payments, monitor errors, or support analytics, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Model and AI vendors when you use features that rely on third-party models, to the extent needed to generate responses.
- Professional advisors such as lawyers or accountants, where appropriate.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Employers, job boards, and application platforms when you ask us to prepare, transmit, or help you complete job-search workflows involving those parties.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and protect against abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" or similar signals. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation for these signals, we do not currently respond to them unless required by law.
Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain records longer where required for legal, tax, or security purposes, or in backups for a limited period. When retention periods end, we delete or de-identify data where feasible.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; see our Security page for additional detail and vulnerability reporting.
International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, email support@mail.warpply.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. You may also update certain profile information directly in the product. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
U.S. state privacy notices
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding personal data under local laws (for example, rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain processing). To submit a request, contact support@mail.warpply.com. We will verify your request as required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
