Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Warpply ("Warpply," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the websites, applications, and related services we offer (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Some features, plans, integrations, or beta programs may have additional terms. If additional terms apply and conflict with these Terms, the additional terms control only for the conflicting feature or program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example, by email or an in-product message). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where your prior consent is required by law.

The Service

Warpply provides tools to help you organize your job search, including profile and resume management, matching and recommendations, application preparation, and related productivity features. Warpply is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, legal advisor, immigration advisor, or career fiduciary. We do not guarantee that any particular outcome, such as interviews, offers, compensation, or visa eligibility, will result from your use of the Service.

Certain features may rely on third-party integrations, job boards, applicant tracking systems, or employer sites. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, policies, content, or actions. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with third-party terms that apply to jobs, application portals, and integrations you choose to use.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@mail.warpply.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

User content

You may submit content such as resumes, profile information, cover letters, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Warpply a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, adapt, and distribute User Content solely to provide, secure, improve, and support the Service, including preparing materials and acting on your instructions for job-search workflows, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate applicable law or these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and completeness of any information you submit or approve for use in applications. We may remove or restrict User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or others.

AI-assisted features

Parts of the Service may use machine learning or large language models to generate suggestions, summaries, or drafts. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular role or employer. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content.

AI-generated outputs are not professional advice and may not be unique to you. We do not represent that an output is non-infringing, legally compliant, accepted by an employer, or suitable for a particular application. You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for important employment, financial, immigration, or legal decisions.

Do not submit highly sensitive personal data unless you choose to do so with informed judgment. Follow employer and job-board rules when applying; automated or bulk submissions may be prohibited by third parties even when permitted by these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe others' rights.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, send spam, or engage in phishing or deceptive practices.
  • Use the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our systems or interfere with other users.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except as allowed by robots.txt, an API we provide, or our prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to make legally significant decisions about another person, including employment, credit, housing, insurance, or eligibility decisions.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Fees

Some features may be free and others may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the fees, billing cycle, and cancellation terms presented at checkout or in your account. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date shown at checkout or in your account. Taxes, currency conversion fees, and payment processor fees may apply. If payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade paid features after reasonable notice.

Beta and experimental features

We may label certain features as alpha, beta, preview, experimental, or similar. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, or stop being available. They are provided for evaluation and are subject to the same warranty disclaimers and liability limitations as the rest of the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Warpply and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARPPLY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO WARPPLY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS TO WARPPLY.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Warpply and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service (where we will provide reasonable notice when practicable).

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Warpply regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
